QUICK RELAY RXMS1 The relay is mainly used in secondary circuit of electric power system and served as out Tripping.

1 APPLICATION

2 CHARACTER

2.1 Operate quickly, time of action have 3.5-4ms,5-5.5ms and 7.5-8ms.

2.2 To test the action situation of contacts by stirring the armature through the hole in shell.

2.3 Be started up by voltage and self-hold by current.

3 PRINCIPLE OF ACTION

   Type RXMSI quick tripping relay is electromagnetic, and made up of electromagnetic System, touch system and trestle. The sucking chip is mounted in the dowel of the magnetic angle, and it operates nimbly, the reactive power is caused by the reactive power of contact chips. This kind of structure guarantees relay operate reliably, quickly and has lower power consumption. Contacts are double-contacts, and it makes relay improve the reliability, decrease the touch

resistance and improve the contacts’ breaking and close capability. The relay shell is introduced Combiflex convex modulus plug-in structure.

4 TECHICAL DATA

4.1 Voltage of pick-up: 70% of rated voltage. Self-hold current <80% of rated current.

4.2 Voltage of dropout:5% of rated voltage.

4.3 Time of action:

4.3.1 When the power consumption is 6.8W,if no 4ms,nc 3.5ms,if no 8ms,nc 7.5ms.

4.3.2 When the power consumption is 3.5W,no 5.5ms,nc 5ms.

4.3.3 Keeping relay: no 8ms.

4.4 Contacts are permitted to be exerted 4A current for long time.

4.5 Supreme breaking capacity of contact

  When A.C.:V 250V,I 3A(power factor=0.4),capacity is 250VA.

  When D.C.:V 250V,I 1A(L/R=40ms),capacity is 30W.

4.6 Voltage-resistance of insulation:50Hz,1min,2kV.

4.7 Voltage of impact:5kV.

4.8 Can endure the impact of 5-15Hz middling earthquake wave.

4.9 Keeping current: 0.5,1,2,4A.

4.10 Specification of contact and code(RK216400,voltage of action is 50%~70% of rated voltage.)
